Join handstanding expert, Jess Rockwell, to break down alignment, learn key strength and mobility drills, practice entry techniques, and explore how to use the wall as your best friend. You’ll leave with a toolkit of exercises and a clear path forward, whether your goal is to kick up for the first time or simply feel comfortable playing in the world of inversions.
