THE DETAILS
In 2 hour this workshop, we will focus on building a strong foundation by exploring basic yoga poses, breath awareness, and gentle stretching. You will learn proper alignment and modifications to ensure a safe and effective practice. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each pose, providing clear instructions and offering variations to accommodate different levels of flexibility and strength. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. We encourage you to listen to your body and modify the poses as needed, honoring your own limitations and progress. Studio will be room temperature, no heat or steam used. By the end of this class, you will have gained a solid foundation in yoga and the confidence to continue your practice in any class you jump into. Join us and embark on a journey of self-discovery, physical well-being, and inner peace.
