NEW YEAR’S DAY INTENTION SETTING WORKSHOP

THE DETAILS

As we enter into a new year, it's important to take time to reflect, set intentions, and nurture ourselves. In this 90 minute class, we will focus on gentle, restorative yoga poses that promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. These poses will help release tension, restore energy, and create a sense of balance in both body and mind. Throughout the class, we will incorporate mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you connect with your inner self and set clear intentions for the year ahead. You will have the opportunity to reflect on the past year, acknowledge your accomplishments, and let go of anything that no longer serves you through physical poses, meditation, and journaling. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and any props that will support your relaxation, such as blankets, bolsters, or pillows. Start the year off on a positive note and create a foundation for a year filled with peace, joy, and personal growth.
