Registration in advance for all classes is required.
Entry after the designated class start time is not permitted for the safety of all students & belongings.
Cancel class reservation at least 4 hours prior to the class start time for studio credit with no penalty.

Our unique heating system provides the perfect balance of heat and steam to help detoxify and cleanse your body, all while providing an exhilarating yoga experience. Our Vinyasa free-flow classes are curated by our talented instructors, each with their own authentic design. And with music at the core of our practice, every class is a high-energy dance party. But don't worry if you're new to yoga - we welcome yogis of all levels, and offer modifications to make each class accessible to everyone. free community events this summer!
This summer, we’re opening our doors wide with community classes at both studios. These classes are our way of giving back to those who give so much… healthcare workers, teachers and educators, and first responders.
They’re completely free for each group and open to everyone else with a cash donation. All proceeds will support charities that uplift and care for these heroes. Even better? Our recent YTT graduates are leading these classes, sharing their passion and stepping into their own power as teachers!
